Altitude Development Group is a privately held company, owned and operated by the Value and Allen families. We plan each community ourselves, manage the work closely and stand behind what we build.

Director of Development
Beau leads acquisitions, deal structure and early land planning, and walks every property before the first plan is drawn. He has owned and managed real estate since 2014.

Operations & Design
Bre leads entitlements, filings and day-to-day operations, and directs research on markets and comparable projects. She guides the design of community spaces, from clubhouses to trails and site features.

Land Development
Todd leads site improvements, from contractors and utilities to fire district coordination. An active homebuilder, he works with the team on land planning, site design and engineering.
