Shaw Ranch
Fly in. Ride out. Fish at your door.
The story
A homestead, carried forward.
Shaw Ranch traces back to a homestead the Shaw family established on this ground in the 1800s. We are bringing the same 510-acre property forward as a ranch-style community of 56 homesites, with four stocked trout ponds, Lake Fork Creek frontage, a private clubhouse and trail system, and direct access to public land.
Signature amenities
Water, trails, horses and sky.
-
Fly fishing
Lake Fork Creek runs through the property, and all four ponds are stocked with trout. Backcountry streams and lakes sit beyond the back gate.
-
The Clubhouse Pond
A pond with a big sand beach right at the clubhouse, for paddleboarding, floating, swimming and fishing steps from the fire pit.
-
Horses and trails
Designated equestrian lots and 7.2 miles of private trails, so you can ride out from your own property onto the trail system.
-
Public land access
The ranch borders Idaho state endowment land, with trails tying into the Payette National Forest, about 2.3 million acres.
